Account details, contact information, identity and travel documents you upload, and usage data required to deliver our services. We do not process or store online payment details.
To process applications and bookings, communicate updates, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We never sell your personal data.
Uploaded documents are stored encrypted in Supabase Storage with strict access controls and are retained only as long as necessary.
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@istabraq.com.
